Endocrinology: Check!
Neurosurgery: Check!
Physical Therapy: Check!
After 3 weeks at Primary Children's, We will officially be coming home today and we are so excited! Lizzie continues to do well and we got the ok to come home today.
We'll be here for a couple of hours while they fill prescriptions, set follow up appointments, and do all of the other necessary mumbo-jumbo they have to do. But we are really excited to all be under the same roof.
Conveniently, Carol woke up sick this morning at home and so I need to pack everything up by myself and check out by myself. But I know she must really not be feeling well or she would be here. We are so excited to be coming home(have I said that yet?).
Thanks again for all of the support we have received from family, friends and strangers. We couldn't have done it without the help with our kids and countless other things that have been done in our behalf. Also, thanks for all of the prayers, they have meant so much to us.
Now, we still have to focus on getting all of her medications right and there will be 6-12 months of physical therapy. But we are so happy that these things can be done from home or a lot of them from the Ogden area. Thanks again!

That is awesome that you are bringing her home. I am sure she will get better so much quicker now that she is in her own environment. Please call us if you need help with meals or kids or whatever!

Yay! I wish we were there so I could bring you a welcome home/get feeling better dinner. I am sure you are gettting lots of help from other friends but we still wish we could be the ones helping out too. I am really happy for your family.
