Their yummy "U" treats completely dwarfed our pitiful "Y" offering...kind of like the game turned out!
Anyhow, the kids LOVED it and thought it was so fun to start a little neighborhood rivalry.

AND, the next biggest news in our family is that Lizzie with her beautiful long red hair decided yesterday that she wanted to get it cut. Here's how the conversation went (as I was trying to brush her hair)
Me (not very calmly) "Hold still so I can brush through all these tanglies"
Lizzie (screaming) "OW, OW, OW These are the worst tanglies ever. Call Jaymie right now"
Me (not very kindly) "Okay, I'm sick of this, you're done. Let's go call Jaymie"
Okay, so when I took this picture, I about lost my nerve and told her we were going home...it's so pretty! The greatest thing is that it was long enough to donate to Locks of Love...love it~!
She loved getting her hair cut and being pampered...what's not to love about that?!
Jaymie is the best stylist ever and a good friend too! Lizzie loves her new hair and I love the fact that I won't have to fight her every day to comb through her hair!

Oh my gosh!! What a cutie! You are so brave! When Haylee donated hers to locks of love a couple years ago, I was crying the whole time!
So adorable!!! It will be so nice to do now that it is short. What a great thing to teach her.
