I am in so much trouble!

So if you don't know my Lizzie by now, I think the following will describe her pretty well. She has been hilarious lately and I don't want to forget the funny things she does:

This week I bought Calli a few pair of shoes to get her through the winter. When I came home with the shoes, Lizzie says in her most indignant tone of voice, "Where are my shoes? What did you buy me?" I explained that she had lots of shoes and didn't need any right now and that Calli was growing and needed some.

Lizzie proceeded to count all of Calli's shoes and all of her shoes to see who had the most. Calli did. And so we then had to listen to all the injustices that Lizzie has to suffer by not having enough shoes.

Lizzie loves clothes...I really don't know where she gets this at age 4. She came down yesterday after getting dressed and said, "I look like a ragamuffin. I hate these clothes."

Today I was getting dressed and just put on some of my mommy wear which included a hoodie and jeans. She looked me up and down and said, "You are not taking me to school with that on. You need to change."

When I am dressed to her standards, she says funny things like, "you look a gorgeous" or "you look beautiful."

I really don't know what to do with Lizzie. She puts so much emphasis on what people wear and how they look...I am in trouble now and I'm not looking forward to the teenage years!

That is hilarious! Chelsea and I get the biggest kick out of reading our friends' blogs about the funny things that their children say and do. Keep posting things like that...they are hilarious!

Also, just was curious as to how Ben is doing with the caroler music. I am so excited that he gets to be in our group! The other new Bass in the group happens to be my old roommate from Snow College too. Funny.

You really are in so much trouble. That is so funny that she already is into clothes. I think your little Lizzie is so stinkin cute.

This all sounds EXTREMELY familiar! What is it about these little girls of ours? Lizzy is a doll and I'm glad to hear that Emmy isn't the only 4 year old diva! ;)

And by the way, are you guys hanging in there with this crazy market stuff? I'm trying not to freak out... we leave for our trip tomorrow and Ted said he may have to be on the phone all week with clients. We just hope he has some clients left when we get back!
